I realize white isn’t all to viable unless you mix hybrids.
I realize red is slow-ish but it has stamina
I realize blue does ‘okay’
I realize black has a ton of strengths and weaknesses
I realize the only color I keep falling back on is green.
I used a lot of techniques with each color. White has a bit of control but it is also filled with weenies (even ones that can sac or activate abilities), Red is a lot of burn and even some awesome dragons and goblins…it has fast intro burn spells but against other colors, it falls behind even using common tactics (I tend to wanted to need to add black) …Blue was great for a long time and then you start running out of answers and then relying on hoping to bring back some of your old spells. Black can really damage but you’re also sometimes stuck with too much deprivation…paying 1 or 2 life for draws can be viable for so long (I still think out of all options other than Green, Black has the most chance to be played by me) …
Green. Well, you have your beasts, you have your mana ramp for early slaughter, and you have a little life gain. … Maybe I am just good with Green and all these other colors are even more awesome and I am focusing too much on Green to think other colors have tactics that are much needed. Sure, I use Vexing Shusher among other hybrid Green cards but even without hybrids, I can do decently well with the color.
